2. Physical Books (Print Products)
Eligibility for Returns
You may return physical books within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

Free from damage, markings, or signs of wear

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Digital Products (Ebooks)
Non‑Refundable Items
Due to the nature of digital content, all ebook purchases are final and non‑refundable once the download link has been delivered.
Download Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your ebook:

4. Order Cancellations
Physical Books
Orders for physical books may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.
Ebooks
Ebook orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for physical books or ebooks. If you need a different physical item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
